Staying in the lake-facing suite room 417 was like the icing on the cake for me at this hotel. The service was excellent, creating wonderful 'forever' memories, although it could have been even better with smarter TV features in the rooms. The location is truly the best in Kodaikanal, offering a peaceful lakeside experience with exclusive access to cycles and boating. Dining was good but seemed slightly overpriced. Overall, a great hotel with some room for improvement.
